I hold a master’s degree in counselling psychology and bring extensive training in evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Polyvagal Theory, and Solution-Focused Therapy. My practice supports individuals, couples, and families navigating anxiety, emotional overwhelm, relationship struggles, trauma, and life's significant transitions.
